Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico seeks an attentive Server to deliver exceptional hospitality and menu expertise to guests in a luxury setting. You will describe items, relay guest orders accurately to the kitchen, and ensure timely, flawless service throughout shifts.

Fluency in English and Spanish, a friendly demeanor, and a strong service mindset are essential as you contribute to an outstanding guest experience and maintain high standards of sanitation and teamwork within a premier resort

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a server role, preferably in a resort or high-end dining establishment.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of menu items and beverages, including cocktails and coffee drinks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Describe food and beverage items with vivid, accurate descriptions for guests.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and ensure timely service.
• Close checks and handle cash/credit card payments accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests promptly.
