Job summary

Wynn Resorts is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to lead Security Officers on assigned shifts at a luxury resort and casino. You will ensure post orders and policies are followed, provide visible leadership, and coordinate coverage for guest service demands.

The role requires strong communication, calm decision-making under pressure, and a minimum high school diploma with security certifications. The position supports Forbes Five‑Star service standards and company values.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead by example in a guest-facing security environment.
• Maintain composure and sound judgment during high-stress situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to stand, sit, kneel, lift and walk for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers to ensure adherence to post orders and standards.
• Provide visible leadership and coaching to maintain professionalism.
• Coordinate officer deployment to meet guest service needs.
• Assist with incident response and emergency communication.
• Prepare timely incident reports and documentation.
• Enforce department policies and safety protocols.
• Escalate issues to Security Shift Managers when required.
• Engage with guests and hotel leadership professionally per Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Communicate updates and assignments clearly to the team.
• Participate in training and department meetings.
