Job summary

Naples Grande Beach Resort seeks a Security Manager to lead all security operations for a luxury resort on Florida's Paradise Coast. You will direct the security team, coordinate with local law enforcement, and ensure guest, employee, and asset safety while upholding the resort's service standards.

Responsibilities include developing security programs, managing emergencies, conducting investigations, enforcing access control and CCTV, and preparing reports for resort leadership.

Qualifications

• Security leadership in luxury hospitality settings preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive security or related experience.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, investigations, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily security operations across the resort.
• Lead the security team, develop programs, and coordinate with local authorities.
• Manage emergency response procedures and incident investigations.
• Enforce access control, CCTV, and other security systems; document findings.
• Ensure guest, employee, and property safety with professionalism.
• Prepare security reports and support risk management initiatives.
