Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard guests, employees, and property. You will monitor safety systems, respond to incidents, and coordinate with the hotel team to maintain a secure environment.

The role emphasizes prompt incident reporting, VIP escort duties, and collaboration with the emergency response team as needed. A high school diploma and basic English proficiency are required, with security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• 1 year of experience in law enforcement or security work preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Protect guests, patrons and associates; their property, hotel property, building and grounds.
• Enforce hotel rules, regulations and policies.
• Respond to and mediate non-emergency security calls, injuries, disputes, and incidents.
• Promote safety awareness and training to reduce accidents and loss.
• Respond to emergency calls; assist Fire Command center as needed.
• Patrol premises and correct safety, security, and fire hazards.
• Write comprehensive incident reports and assist investigations.
