Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Security Manager for the Naples Grande Beach Resort to lead security operations and ensure a safe guest environment. You will manage daily security activities, reinforce policies, and coordinate coverage for high-profile events, ensuring service excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in security, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of security systems; CPR/AED and driver’s license are assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive security experience, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, investigations, emergency response, access control, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily security operations across the resort, including guest and employee areas.
• Establish and enforce security policies aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Coordinate security coverage for VIP guests, events, weddings, and conferences.
• Lead investigations, risk assessments, and incident response activities.
• Maintain relationships with local police, fire departments, and other public safety partners.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
