Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, in Naples, FL, seeks a diligent Security Officer to safeguard guests, staff, and property across residences and hotel facilities. The role focuses on risk and loss management, safety systems, and proactive security operations.

Ideal candidates bring a high school education and clear English communication; prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• 1 year of experience in law enforcement or security work preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Hotel team with responsibility to ensure the protection of guests, patrons and associates; their property, Hotel property, building and grounds.
• Enforce Hotel rules, regulations and policies as well as the departments’ rules, policies and standards.
• Respond to and mediate all non-emergency security calls, minor injuries, disputes, stressful, and complicated issues etc.
• Promote safety awareness and enforcement throughout the Hotel to reduce accidents and loss by providing training as required.
• Respond to all emergency calls including Emergency Response team calls. Will assist in the Fire Command center when needed.
• Patrol building noting and correcting safety, security, and fire hazards. Able walk/run upstairs carrying a fire extinguisher.
