Job summary

Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, CA, seeks a Part Time Restaurant 1 Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in the resort’s restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive, personalized service while upholding brand standards.

The role collaborates with bartenders, runners, culinary teams, and leadership to ensure a memorable guest experience and consistent service excellence in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous serving experience in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, bar, or resort environment preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required or obtainable upon hire, as required by law.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certification required or obtainable upon hire, as required by law.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
• Serve food, cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established service standards.
