Job summary

Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa seeks a professional Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a luxury resort setting. You will craft cocktails and serve wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options while maintaining guest rapport and high sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing drinks to recipes, managing stock, assisting with events, and collaborating with hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required or obtainable upon hire as required by law.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required or obtainable upon hire as required by law.
• Must meet minimum legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus and stock, verify guest age and ensure compliance with alcohol service rules.
• Assist with special events, banquets, and resort functions as needed.
• Ensure bar areas and stations are clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Process transactions and manage guest checks accurately.
