The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily culinary operations across restaurant, banquet, and outlet venues while upholding Marriott and Westin brand standards.

You will coach associates, monitor food production, ensure safety protocols, and support payroll/timekeeping as needed to deliver exceptional dining experiences that prioritize guest well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of culinary leadership or supervisory experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or high-volume operation.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and health department regulations.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen operations across restaurant, banquet, and outlet venues.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop culinary staff to ensure consistency and productivity.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, shift assignments, and labor management.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, portioning, and recipe compliance for quality.
• Ensure cleanliness, storage practices, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to support seamless operations and guest experiences.
