Job summary

Sensei Wellness Holdings Inc. is seeking a Server to oversee the dining experience from arrival to departure at our Rancho Mirage resort. You will master details of food and beverage offerings, communicate options to guests, and ensure timely, high-quality service.

The role requires delivering memorable dining, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining impeccable service standards in a fine-dining environment. Availability 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. and 2–3 shifts per week are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an upscale restaurant operation.
• Fine-dining experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain required food handling or alcohol serving certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to guests in-room or at the table, and ensure proper presentation and timing.
• Greet guests, describe items with origin and preparation details, and assist with tray removal and service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to concerns, and upsell menu selections to enhance dining experience.
• Close checks accurately, secure room numbers and signatures, and process payments.
• Assist pool area service when assigned and maintain cleanliness and guest rapport.
