Job summary

Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel seeks an exceptional Resort Manager to drive Luxury hospitality at our iconic property. You will lead day-to-day operations, develop strategic initiatives, and inspire a diverse team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences while upholding Belmond standards.

You will shape the resort’s strategic plan, supervise budgets, and promote sustainability and CSR initiatives. This role emphasizes leadership, guest excellence, and impeccable brand stewardship within a premium

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least five years of senior or executive leadership experience in renowned international luxury hotels.
• ADR exceeding US$1500.
• Proven ability to surpass Forbes Travel Guide Five Star standards and uphold brand quality.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the company’s strategy and goals to department heads and staff, ensuring successful execution.
• Oversee administrative processes compliant with statutory, legal, and internal requirements.
• Ensure resort standards and procedures are followed at all times.
• Lead operational audits and support corrective action plans; demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Supervise operations to guarantee guest satisfaction and policy compliance.
• Oversee Health, Safety, and Welfare compliance with current and future legislation.
