Job summary

Kerzner International is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a luxury resort. You will partner with the General Manager to supervise all hotel divisions, ensuring exceptional service, brand integrity, and financial performance across the property.

You will drive guest experiences at the highest level, foster a culture of excellence, manage budgets, and oversee CAPEX and safety compliance while reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within luxury hospitality or 5-star resorts.
• Proven experience with ultra-luxury brands and Forbes Travel Guide standards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations across Rooms, F&B, Spa, Engineering, and Security.
• Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the overall leadership and strategic direction of the resort.
• Oversee and coordinate the full operation of all hotel divisions, ensuring alignment, efficiency and exceptional service.
• Drive revenue optimization, cost control and operational efficiencies across departments.
• Lead and develop teams, establish performance goals and conduct evaluations for direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and Forbes Travel Guide criteria.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and swift service recovery.
• Represent the General Manager for guest interactions and brand integrity when required.
• Develop, manage and monitor CAPEX projects and annual budgets with division heads.
