Mar-Bella Collection is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead luxury operations across properties. You will drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong business performance while upholding Mar-Bella Collection values.

You will oversee Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Engineering and other functions, fostering a high-performing, people-centric culture within a premium hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Hotel Manager or in a comparable senior hotel leadership role.
• Proven experience in 5-star luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong understanding of full hotel operations and cross-departmental management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop senior operational teams.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness with experience managing budgets and costs.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and guest experience.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English; proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel systems.

• Lead and manage day-to-day hotel operations across all departments.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor performance against objectives and take timely action.
• Ensure standards, procedures and quality requirements are consistently applied.
• Coach and develop department heads and teams for accountability.

• It maintains guest satisfaction as a daily decision criterion and acts on feedback.
