Job summary

Inn at Perry Cabin, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Senior Resort Leader to direct day-to-day operations and partner with the General Manager to uphold Forbes travel guide standards and luxury service.

You will oversee Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa and Waterfront, drive strategic goals, manage labor costs, mentor managers, and collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and ownership representatives to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including at least five years in a senior executive role within Forbes-rated, AAA Four- or Five-Diamond luxury resort or hotel.
• Forbes-rated luxury resort experience preferred.
• Fluency in English; ability to read, write and type proficiently in English.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operating systems (Opera/Resort Suites/Knowcross) or similar.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the resort and support the General Manager in achieving hotel goals.
• Oversee Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa and Waterfront operations.
• Establish and monitor goals for departments; drive financial performance and labor costs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management and F&B leadership to maximize resort revenues.
• Lead performance evaluations and mentor departmental managers to uphold Forbes service standards.
