Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Retail Associate for its Inn at Perry Cabin property on the Eastern Shore. You will drive sales through product knowledge, deliver outstanding guest service, and maintain a clean, engaging store environment, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

The role requires a welcoming disposition, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to handle fast-paced situations while maintaining accuracy in transactions and stock

Responsibilities

• Keep shelves stocked and store organized, with accurate inventory checks.
• Balance cash and house bank at shift end and protect assets.
• Support promotions and special items in stock.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
