Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Resort Manager for the Inn at Perry Cabin, a Forbes-recognized luxury property on Maryland's Eastern Shore. You will guide day-to-day operations, uphold exemplary guest service, and partner with senior leadership to execute strategic goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of luxury hotel leadership, strong financial acumen, and a passion for mentoring teams in a high-touch environment. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience at Forbes/AAA luxury properties.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple departments and drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the resort and support the General Manager.
• Ensure Forbes service standards and luxury brand positioning are upheld.
• Lead executive team and manage labor, budgets, and staffing levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue to optimize revenue and guest experience.
• Provide mentorship, performance feedback and accountability across departments.
