Job summary

Fisher Island Club seeks a hospitality professional with housekeeping experience and a passion for exceeding guest expectations to elevate our upscale resort operations. The role focuses on leading front-of-house teams and delivering Forbes-standard service to residents, members, and hotel guests.

You will supervise housekeeping liaison, develop staff, manage schedules, and uphold exceptional standards across dining, spa, and accommodations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years’ experience as an assistant in a medium-sized property (250+ rooms) preferred.
• Experience supervising and developing multilingual staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a hands-on management style.
• Establish and develop a highly motivated front-of-house team with top-tier standards.
• Facilitate open-door policy and conduct daily stand-up meetings with housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager on all club operation aspects.
• Directly supervise staff serving members and guests to Forbes standards.
• Evaluate service to ensure quality meets Forbes standards and exceeds expectations.
