Job summary

The Reserve at MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Housekeeping Floor Manager to lead a dedicated team, upholding exceptional cleanliness and guest comfort across the property. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise attendants, run briefings, and help ensure safety and high standards.

This role requires proactive leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to manage workloads efficiently while delivering a WOW guest experience in a fast-paced luxury resort

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related housekeeping or hotel operations experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of assigned housekeeping areas.
• Supervise, train, direct, and assist Guest Room Attendants and House Persons.
• Conduct daily briefings and schedule meetings with assigned team members.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, lockers, lobbies, and assigned public areas in accordance with department standards.
• Perform daily written guest room inspections and frequent visual inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor team productivity and report performance concerns to the Executive Assistant Housekeeper.
• Distribute workloads fairly among team members and provide feedback and coaching.
