Qualifications

• Current or recent General Manager experience within the luxury hotel or resort sector.
• Strong foundation in luxury hospitality and service expectations of discerning travelers.
• Proven success leading complex full-service operations with multiple revenue streams.
• Significant food & beverage experience and appreciation for programming impact on guest experience.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with demonstrated success driving revenue and asset performance.
• Experience partnering with ownership groups and senior corporate leadership.
• Ability to build culture, inspire teams and develop leaders at all levels.
• Highly visible, hands-on leadership style with strategic thinking and day-to-day involvement.
• Appreciation for design, sense of place and distinctive properties.
• Resort, independent or lifestyle luxury experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all areas of the resort, including rooms, food & beverage, wellness, events and guest experience.
• Establish and maintain an elevated service culture consistent with the expectations of the luxury traveler.
• Lead, mentor and develop the executive leadership team while creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and genuine hospitality.
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout the property and foster meaningful engagement with guests, team members and the surrounding community.
• Drive overall financial performance, profitability and long-term asset value through disciplined operational and commercial leadership.
• Partner with sales, marketing and revenue leadership to strengthen market positioning, optimize performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Provide strong leadership to a significant food & beverage operation while ensuring quality, creativity, consistency and financial performance.
• Champion a thoughtful approach to programming and guest experiences that strengthens the property's identity and creates meaningful points of differentiation.
• Ensure the highest standards of operational excellence, service delivery, property presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Build, retain and develop high-performing teams with a strong focus on leadership development and succession planning.
• Partner closely with ownership and key stakeholders on business strategy, capital priorities, financial performance and the continued evolution of the property.
• Serve as an ambassador for the resort while cultivating strong relationships within the local community and broader hospitality market.
