• Knowledge of hotel/resort operations management including quality, operations, and marketing/sales.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence; present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor all daily operations of the property.
• Ensure profitability through development and maintenance of budgets, forecasts and marketing plans.
• Hire, train and supervise department heads; manage staff performance.
• Interact with guests and owners to uphold service standards and resolve issues.
• Develop and oversee programs to increase associate engagement and collaboration.
