Forest Dunes seeks an executive leader to drive all resort operations, focusing on guest satisfaction, financial performance and brand standards. This leader will shape strategy, budgets and capital plans, partnering with ownership on long-term growth.

Ideal candidates will have deep experience in luxury golf resort operations, strong P&L oversight, and a track record of leading large teams in high-service hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Golf Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience leading multi-department golf resort operations.
• Strong financial management and P&L oversight experience.
• Experience leading large teams in high-service hospitality environments.
• Exceptional communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all resort operations with accountability for guest satisfaction, financial performance, team culture, and brand standards.
• Develop and execute annual strategic plans, operating budgets, and capital improvements.
• Partner with ownership on long-term business planning and growth strategies.
• Establish benchmarks and service standards across all departments.
• Ensure alignment between brand positioning and operational execution.
• Oversee Reservations, Golf Operations, Lodging, F&B, Real Estate, and HOA.
• Drive revenue growth across golf, rooms, events, memberships and retail.
