You will develop creative dining strategies, lead a talented team, manage budgets, and drive exceptional guest experiences across The Garden Room and Tap Room, aligning with Auberge Collection values.

Qualifications

• Three or more years experience leading food and beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive a profitable operation and lead F&B teams.
• Experience curating events with attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong financial management, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
