Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and set a tone of refined hospitality. You will manage arrivals and departures, coordinate with the Front Office and outlets, and uphold sustainable, Forbes-inspired service standards.

Role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, and shifts typically span 9 hours across early mornings to late evenings. A polished presence and strong guest-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have TIPS certification for onsite alcohol service.
• Previous front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Springer Miller System experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the Guest Experience with a polished front desk presence.
• Deliver warm, personalized service embodying Forbes luxury standards.
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs for Sundance Cottages.
• Coordinate group arrivals and departures.
• Assist with concierge duties and guest reservations as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
