Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to manage reception and clerical tasks at the lodging building. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a positive first impression and outstanding service.

Responsibilities include handling arrivals/departures, reservations, inquiries, and guest folio management. Perks include season passes, discounts, and a 401k plan. This is a full-time, year-round position at Solitude Mountain Resort.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic accounting skills are a plus.
• Flexibility to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and manage front desk tasks.
• Handle arrivals/departures and guest accounting.
• Answer calls, book reservations, and handle inquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and email inquiries.
• Log maintenance requests and follow up on completion.
• Prepare daily occupancy and arrival/departure reports.
• Provide bell and valet assistance as needed.
