Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with POS software, computer databases, spreadsheets, timekeeping systems, internet, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use two-way radios to communicate clearly and professionally with staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with requests.
• Coordinate reservations and activity bookings across resort outlets.
• Maintain guest records and billing information.
• Provide resort knowledge and personalized itineraries.
• Operate POS and handle cash transactions.
