Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah seeks a friendly Guest Services Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at the Activity Center and Concierge Desk. You will assist with lodging, dining, spa, transportation, and program recommendations to enrich each guest’s Sundance experience.

The role requires knowledge of resort amenities, strong communication, and the ability to create personalized itineraries, handling inquiries and coordinating reservations with a guest‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be proficient with point‑of‑sale software, computer databases, spreadsheets, timekeeping systems, internet navigation, email, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with requests in accordance with Sundance standards.
• Manage inquiries, requests, and complaints for lodging guests and day guests.
• Create customized itineraries and personalized guest experiences; coordinate reservations and activities.
• Coordinate transportation, bookings, and check-ins; send confirmation emails and maintain guest profiles.
• Operate POS and related systems for accurate billing and records; assist with opening/closing duties.
