Job summary

The Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Guest Services Agent to be the welcoming first point of contact for guests at the Activity Center and Concierge Desk. You will assist with activities, dining, spa services, transportation, programming, and ticketing to enhance each Sundance visit.

Responsibilities include planning itineraries, coordinating reservations, and delivering personalized service while coordinating with other departments for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; one-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale software, computer databases, spreadsheets, time-keeping systems, internet navigation, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use two-way radios to communicate clearly and professionally with staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide hospitality per standards.
• Manage reservations and guest requests across resort outlets.
• Coordinate guest transportation and itineraries.
• Maintain accurate guest records, billing information, and confirmations.
• Collaborate with Front Desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
