Paradise Point Resort & Spa in San Diego seeks a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, and provide outstanding hospitality. You will respond to inquiries and offer local recommendations, ensuring a memorable stay.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cash handling experience.
Proficiency with hotel PMS software.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient front desk service for guests during check-in and check-out.
Assist guests with local recommendations, dining options, and hotel amenities.
Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve guest concerns professionally and empathetically.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and manage a cash/credit card transaction flow.
Demonstrate attention to detail and proactive guest satisfaction.
