Paradise Point Resort & Spa in San Diego is seeking a friendly Gift Shop Attendant to welcome guests and drive memorable retail experiences. You will manage a busy shop, assist guests in selecting souvenirs, and process sales with accuracy and a smile.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle cash transactions.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of merchandise presentation and display.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests, providing outstanding customer service

• Assist guests in finding and selecting products
