Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems promptly.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a positive first impression at check-in/out.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Offer recommendations on local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and manage cash/credit transactions.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
