Paradise Point Resort and Spa in San Diego is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and ensure a memorable stay.

You will handle check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, assist with local attractions, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth guest experiences; proficiency with Opera or Fosse is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role or Front Desk position, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS such as Opera or Fosse.

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software (PMS) such as Opera or Fosse
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High School diploma or equivalent
