The role requires cash handling experience, strong communication, and proficiency with hotel PMS systems. A high school diploma is required, and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in hotel/resort settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues professionally.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS systems is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
