Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is hiring a Front Desk Agent at Horseshoe Bay Resort in Horseshoe Bay, TX. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly, efficient service from check-in to check-out.

Work on-site in a luxury resort environment with opportunities to assist guests, learn the Agilysys system, and grow within the hospitality team. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Previous customer service experience; hotel or resort experience preferred.
Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

Complete guest check-in, room assignments, and check-out procedures while accommodating special requests.
Utilize the Agilysys property management system to manage reservations and guest profiles.
Process guest billing, cash transactions, and end-of-shift balancing accurately.
Maintain knowledge of room rates, resort amenities, daily activities, and local attractions.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
