Horseshoe Bay Resort in Horseshoe Bay, TX, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests and deliver a welcoming, seamless experience from check-in to departure. This full-time role requires strong communication, guests service mindset, and the ability to learn the Agilysys system.

You'll assist with reservations, room assignments, billing, and provide information on resort amenities and local attractions while upholding the highest service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service experience required; hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Complete guest check-in, room assignments, and check‑out procedures while accommodating special requests.
• Utilize the Agilysys property management system to manage reservations and guest profiles.
• Process guest billing, cash transactions, and end‑of‑shift balancing accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of room rates, resort amenities, daily activities, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
