Jekyll Island Club Resort is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the Food & Beverage team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests on Jekyll Island. A hands-on, energetic leader who is passionate about hospitality is sought to drive service excellence.

The role requires 2–4 years of restaurant management in a high-volume hotel restaurant, with preference for experience in a full-service, upscale independent hotel (40+ rooms).

Qualifications

• 2-4 years restaurant management experience in a high-volume hotel restaurant.
• Experience in a hotel of similar size (40+ rooms) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and team coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service.
• Collaborates with culinary leadership to maintain service and quality standards.
• Provides hands-on leadership during service and addresses operational needs.
