Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team at the Jekyll Island Club Resort and Jekyll Ocean Club Resort. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences, supervise service during peak hours, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

Join a hands-on, energetic team focused on hospitality excellence. The role requires 2–4 years of management experience in a high-volume hotel restaurant and a passion for guest-centric service.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years restaurant management experience in a high-volume hotel restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience in a similar size hotel: 40+ rooms preferred.
• Ability to hire, train and coach staff for top-notch service.
• Dependable, organized with a positive, can-do mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Works with culinary leadership to maintain service and quality standards.
• Provides hands-on leadership during service and assists the team as needed.
• Ensures excellent guest service and promptly addresses guest questions or requests.
• Meets and greets guests while maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Assists with scheduling and staffing to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Trains, coaches, and supports team members to meet standards.
• Monitors team performance and provides ongoing feedback.
• Assists with ordering, inventory, and maintaining supply levels.
• Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Resort policies.

The JOB:

We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team and help provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. We are excited to add a hands-on, energetic, and service-oriented leader who is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Supports the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service.
• Works closely with culinary leadership and the Food & Beverage management team to maintain service and quality standards.
• Provides hands-on leadership during service, including assisting the team and addressing operational needs as they arise.
• Ensures excellent guest service and promptly addresses guest questions, concerns, or special requests.
• Meets and greets guests while maintaining a welcoming and positive dining atmosphere.
• Assists with scheduling and staffing to ensure appropriate coverage based on business levels.
• Trains, coaches, and supports team members to ensure service standards and expectations are consistently met.
• Monitors team member performance and provides ongoing feedback and direction.
• Assists with ordering, inventory, and maintaining appropriate product and supply levels.
• Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and Resort policies and procedures.
• Helps maintain a clean, organized, and professional restaurant environment.
• Supports cost-control initiatives and assists leadership with monitoring labor and operational expenses.
• Promotes teamwork, positive communication, and a professional work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Food & Beverage operation.
