Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide warm, personalized service.
- Assist guests with merchandise selections and purchases.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions.
- Restock and organize merchandise.
- Assist with inventory and merchandise control.
- Maintain attractive, inviting retail displays.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Answer questions about merchandise, the resort, and Jekyll Island.
- Assist the Retail Supervisor with daily shop operations.
- Help create an elevated retail experience that reflects the character of our historic resort.
