Job summary

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection seeks an Engineering Coordinator to support the Engineering team with office administration and operational efficiency. You will help manage inventory, vendor communications, budgeting, and scheduling in a luxury resort setting.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and comfort with multiple systems. A one-year administrative background and a high school diploma are expected, with hospitality experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year prior office administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to provide clear directions.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment.
• Aptitude for working with multiple computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and GSuite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and control processes for engineering; keep pars updated.
• Research and order parts with focus on price and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with vendors to obtain contracted pricing.
• Manage departmental checkbook and Birch Street administration.
• Oversee PM process and related documentation for equipment.
• Coordinate the Engineering department schedule and tasks.
• Maintain current O&M records for all equipment on file.
• Keep licenses and contractor insurance certificates up to date.
• Maintain knowledge of resort fire, water, septic, and irrigation systems.
• Support sustainability initiatives and environmental programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and coordinate with team.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues and leadership.
