Job summary

East West Hospitality seeks a Community Association Manager for the Mauna Lani Resort Association on the Kohala Coast, Hawai‘i. You will lead daily operations as the top on-site partner to the Board, ensuring exceptional service and governance.

The role requires experience with boards, strong financial oversight, vendor management, and a proactive, solutions-focused leadership presence within a premier resort community.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in community association management or luxury resort operations.
• Experience working with Boards of Directors and stakeholders to move priorities forward.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning skills.
• Proven track record managing vendors, contracts, facilities, and assets.
• Ability to develop teams, drive accountability, and cultivate service-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Mauna Lani Resort Association as East West Hospitality’s senior on-site representative.
• Build a strong relationship with the Board; provide operational insights to support decisions.
• Oversee the association budget, expenditures, and financial priorities with accountability.
• Manage maintenance, facilities, infrastructure, and assets across common areas and properties.
