Job summary

East West Hospitality on Hawaii's Kohala Coast seeks a Director of Property Management to oversee residential operations, property services, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services, delivering a seamless luxury experience for homeowners and guests.

Lead multi-department teams, manage budgets, recruit and develop leaders, and partner with senior operations to sustain exceptional service and high performance in a year-round luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Management experience in luxury hospitality or residential properties.
• Proven ability to lead managers and multi-department teams.
• Strong focus on service quality, budgeting, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Property Services, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance and related residential services.
• Coach department managers on standards, productivity, communication and team performance.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and deliver a seamless homeowner and guest experience.
• Build homeowner relationships, resolve service matters and support retention.
• Manage operating budgets and monitor labor, expenses and departmental performance.
• Maintain procedures and quality controls while driving improvements.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment and development of future leaders and engage with leadership.
