Job summary

East West Hospitality seeks a Director of Property Management to lead Mauna Kea Residences on Hawaii’s Kohala Coast. You will oversee Property Services, Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance, ensuring exceptional homeowner and guest experiences through strong teams and strategic operations.

Ideal candidates bring luxury property management or resort operations background, strong financial and people leadership, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury residential property management or resort operations.
• Ability to lead multiple departments and develop leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience; hospitality certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Property Services, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance and related residential services.
• Coach department managers on service standards, quality, productivity, and communication.
• Partner with senior operations and resort teams to align priorities and deliver seamless homeowner and guest experiences.
• Build strong homeowner relationships and support retention.
• Manage operating budgets, labor, expenses, and departmental performance.
• Maintain procedures, quality controls and service standards while driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee staffing needs and recruitment to develop future leaders.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations on homeowner acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
