• Coordinate with other departments to enhance the guest check-in and arrival experience.
• Maintain high level of guest recognition and keep daily logs of requests and deliveries.
• Check logbook, emails, and other message centers multiple times daily.
• Oversee bicycle use, bell carts, and car program logistics; ensure cleanliness and readiness.
