Rancho Valencia is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests and visitors, delivering a high level of service to create a memorable first impression at the clubhouse. You will coordinate with hotel departments to ensure a seamless arrival and stay, and promote Rancho Valencia notoriety through exceptional hospitality.

The role requires strong communication skills, a friendly, professional appearance, and the ability to work independently while supporting safety and guest needs

Qualifications

• Ability to smile, welcome guests and co-workers professionally.
• English communication with vendors, guests and staff.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and acknowledge resort guests, villa owners and vendors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Communicate with other departments to enhance the check-in process.
• Maintain high level of guest recognition and log requests daily.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and stay knowledgeable about facilities and events.
• Provide directions, set up GPS in car, and assist with car program and gear.
• Keep lobby and front area clean and maintain safety procedures.
