Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Maintains proper and adequate setup of the bar on a daily basis.
• Stocking and garnishing of beverages and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous manner and promotes orders.
• Mixes and presents drinks using standard recipes with portion control.
• Abide by state and corporate requirements for serving alcohol.
• Inputs orders into the POS and processes guest checks and payments.
• Balances cash, verifies charges, and secures vouchers.
• Locks and stores equipment; deposits cash as required.
• Adheres to attendance rules and is available to work regularly.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
