Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a Guestroom Attendant to maintain guest rooms to luxury standards with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to outstanding service. You will work within the Housekeeping Team to ensure comfort and satisfaction for visiting guests.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating cleaning equipment. A flexible, full-time schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a related role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• English language proficiency and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms as assigned following hotel standards.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and amenities, stock supplies.
• Provide genuine hospitality and promote hotel services.
• Address guest needs and ensure satisfaction with a proactive approach.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report any defects.
