Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a House Attendant to join our housekeeping team. You will stock linen storage, assist with room preparation, and deliver guest items with a focus on exceptional hospitality.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy items while maintaining immaculate standards. We value experience in luxury hotels, attention to detail, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in related position; luxury hotel setting preferred.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Knowledge and ability to operate cleaning equipment.
• High level of attention to detail and strong guest service orientation.
• English ability required; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens.
• Picks up and delivers guest request items.
• Assist Guest Room Attendants and keep corridors and work areas clean.
• Interact with guests with utmost hospitality and accommodate special requests.
• Move beds, furniture, and assist in room preparation as needed.
• Report hazards and safety concerns to management.
• Carry out additional cleaning duties as assigned.
