Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is hiring a Housekeeping Coordinator to act as the main point of contact in the Housekeeping Operation. You will assign rooms, dispatch Housemen and support day-to-day efficiency across the operation.

The role requires 1+ years in housekeeping or Rooms, strong computer skills (Opera preferred), and the ability to multitask with excellent communication. A full-time schedule with flexible shifts is available in a luxury, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or Rooms division preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of computers; Opera experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Good communication skills are essential for interactions with staff and guests.
• Fluency in English is required for this location; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Record guest requests and log actions taken.
• Communicate guest requests to the team to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize housekeeping office, maintain files, and perform admin tasks.
• Maintain key inventory and report missing keys to the supervisor.
• Track guest items using in-house lists and PMS reports.
• Monitor room releases and assign sections to staff.
• Maintain lost and found records and report deficiencies in systems.
• Participate in staff meetings to align on policies and service standards.
