Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction.
- Expertise in steel structures, concrete work, and advanced lighting systems.
- Demonstrated success managing projects of $7M-$25M and 10,000+ sq. ft. homes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Software - Job Trend, MS 360, Bluebeam; AI understanding is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site construction activities for large-scale luxury homes.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to maintain quality and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Manage scheduling, inspections, and problem-solving for technical challenges.
