CLT Recruiters presents a role in the Boston area for an assistant project manager within a property services division. You will support the Project Manager and field team across all phases—from drawing management to RFIs, submittals, contracts, and final documentation—acting as a trusted liaison on high-end residential projects.

The position emphasizes reading drawings, coordinating between office and field, and maintaining project records.

Qualifikationen

• Experience assisting on residential construction projects with a general contractor.
• Confident reading of construction drawings.
• Organized and persistent about following up until you get an answer.

Aufgaben

• Keep project drawings current and distributed.
• Raise and track RFIs and chase answers.
• Manage submittal process and obtain architect approval before orders.
• Chase subcontractor contracts and COIs before site work.
• Attend weekly project meetings and circulate minutes.
• Coordinate between office and field.
• Carry closeout tasks: punch list, warranties, and manuals.
