Job summary

CLT Recruiters’ client, a high-end residential construction management firm in Boston, seeks an Assistant Project Manager for ongoing service and maintenance of finished homes. You’ll support the Project Manager and field team to keep work on cost, schedule and documentation.

The role is a step‑up opportunity; preferred technical requirements are listed and not required. Responsibilities include managing drawings, submittals, contracts, minutes and closeout documentation with the Senior Services

Qualifications

• Degree in CM, engineering, or related field, or equivalent construction experience.
• Experience in commercial construction; internship counts.
• Ability to read & interpret drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CM software a plus.
• Valid driver's license; OSHA 10/30 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project drawings, requests for information and submittals, keeping latest revisions distributed.
• Attend weekly project meetings and keep detailed minutes.
• Ensure contracts and insurance are current before any subcontractor on site.
• Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, vendors and design professionals.
• Draft and submit RFIs and submittals for senior manager review.
• Collect and summarize daily reports.
• Run closeout, including punch list and related documentation.
